We are looking for Multi Trade Operative in the St Albans area to join a well-established and growing contractor. You will benefit from an above market salary, ongoing training and support, company van, fuel card and job security.
As a Multi Trade Operative, you will receive:
£36k to £38k on a salary basic- depending on experience
Company van and fuel card
Overtime available
Progression and training opportunities
As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be:
Install loft insulation, cavity wall extraction, internal wall insulation
Undertake any making goods including: patch plastering, painting, loft hatches and minor carpentry
Minor plumbing works
Perform maintenance work on planned social housing properties
Complete remedial works
As a Multi Trade Operative, you will need:
Social housing experience
2 or more trade skills
Level 2 Carpentry qualification
Full licence (no more than 6 points)
Own hand tools
