TheWealthPoint – Precision. Progress. Peace of Mind.
Location: Liverpool (Onsite)
We’re not here to process paperwork. We’re here to transform lives. That means every letter, every call, every pack you build is part of something much bigger - helping our clients live better futures, with clarity, confidence, and control. You’ll be right at the heart of it.
About the role
As a Client Services Administrator at TheWealthPoint, you’ll be part of the engine room that keeps everything running. You’ll be the first port of call for many clients and providers. You’ll take ownership of workflows, coordinate critical steps in the advice process, and keep things moving - accurately, efficiently, and with care.
This isn’t a back-office role. You’ll be visible, valuable, and vital. Your work sets the tone for our client relationships and ensures our advice lands smoothly. You’re not just doing admin—you’re helping build futures.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
* Take pride in doing things right, first time, every time.
* Enjoy bringing calm to complexity and making things run smoothly.
* Want to be part of a high-performing team that’s scaling fast—but doesn’t cut corners.
* Think ahead—spotting blockers before they become problems.
* Feel energised when you know clients are being looked after properly because of you.
* Value structure, detail, and responsibility—and love the feeling of a job well done.
What you’ll be responsible for
* Handling client queries with professionalism, empathy, and speed.
* Preparing and maintaining accurate client records, valuations, and performance summaries.
* Coordinating all paperwork for fund switches, withdrawals, transfers, and provider transactions.
* Supporting the implementation of investment, pension, and estate planning cases.
* Building and dispatching review packs and suitability letters with pinpoint accuracy.
* Managing back-office systems, ensuring clean data and streamlined processes.
* Liaising with advisers, paraplanners, clients, and providers to keep cases moving.
What great looks like
* You stay ahead of the task list and don’t need chasing.
* You flag issues early, communicate clearly, and always follow through.
* You work at pace without sacrificing accuracy.
* You’re responsive, friendly, and professional in all client communications.
* You’re the person others rely on to get things done, properly and on time.
What we value
* Ownership: You don’t wait to be told—if it’s got your name on it, you deliver.
* Precision: You care deeply about getting the detail right.
* Team Spirit: You know we win together—and you’re always ready to help.
* Energy: You bring focus and momentum to the day.
* Integrity: You do what you say you’ll do, and you do it well.
What you’ll need
* At least one year of experience in IFA administration or financial services.
* Working knowledge of investment, pension, and platform processes.
* Confidence using back-office systems (e.g., Intelliflo, FE, Dynamic Planner) and MS Office.
* Great written and verbal communication skills.
* A mindset geared toward systems, structure, and client care.
What we offer
* Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience.
* 33 days holiday (including Bank Holidays).
* Pension scheme with employer contributions.
* Full support toward exams and professional development.
* A values-led culture that puts people and clients first.
* A growing firm, full of opportunity, where your work matters.
