Community Mental Health Team (CMHT)
Exciting opportunities are available to join our Community Mental Health Teams within Edinburgh and the West Lothian Community Health & Care Partnership. We have multiple Band 5 positions available for Registered Mental Health Nurses and we are looking for passionate, caring, motivated people to join our highly skilled multidisciplinary team.
We offer the opportunity to work with a talented team within a community setting and impact positively on the lives of patients and their families.
The CMHT provides support for individuals with serious mental health problems with various diagnosis where there is a significant impact on functioning and quality of life, or the potential for this to develop.
We are looking for people with experience as a Registered Nurse in post.
A driving license, and access to a car, are essential for these posts.
