Job Summary: As HR & Organisational Development Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our global human resource function and broader organisational development strategy. Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development, you will be responsible for assisting with the development of the HR function and delivery of the HR functional strategy and you will also support the strategic programmes designed to develop the organisation, for example organisational restructures, capability development and talent acquisition and management. You will actively collaborate with the WMFTS HR Leadership Team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of HR initiatives within the function and OD initiatives into the business. Key Responsibilities: You will coordinate the activities of the HR Leadership Team, including coordination and followership of HR cyclical activity across the globe for example the performance and talent cycle, early careers programme and DE&I requirements. You will be responsible for the HRLT meeting governance, ensuring agendas and pre-reads are submitted and actions are followed up in a timely manner. You will support individual Heads of HR with specific projects as and when required. You will support the Head of Organisational Development deliver the OD strategy, which will include support on projects such as organisation redesign, role design, capability building and thought leadership on the future of work. You will undertake data analysis to provide insight into existing organisation design, for example span of control analysis, team diversity analysis, quality of hire analysis and recruitment effectiveness analysis. From these, you will generate HR reports and metrics to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement. You will develop and prepare HR functional documentation to support the standardisation of process across the global function, from HR policy through to letter and contract templates. You will collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate the induction and on-boarding process for new colleagues in specific roles to accelerate time to revenue. Skills/Experience: You will have demonstratable generalist HR experience in a multi-disciplined operational organisation. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. You will have a strong ability to actively listen, empathise, and build rapport with individuals at all levels of the organisation. Excellent MS Office especially gathering and manipulation of data in Excel and experience with power BI would be advantageous. Excellent organisation skills and ability to cut through complexity and work in a structured manner. Any experience of working with time and attendance systems is advantageous although this is not essential. You will have experience of working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to effectively manage priorities in a dynamic and evolving operational environment. You will have effective time management with the ability to prioritise tasks and workload productively to ensure you meet required deadlines. You will be able to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and contribute to a positive work environment. You will be able to challenge and negotiate effectively, employing tact and diplomacy to reach mutually beneficial agreements for managers and colleagues across the organisation.
