As the new Mechanical Project Manager, you'll have the opportunity to take on full autonomy over your own diary, managing projects ranging from £1,500 to £250,000 across London and the South East. Hybrid working options are available within reason, allowing you to strike the perfect balance between office and remote work. Diverse Project Portfolio: Oversee a wide range of mechanical projects, from small-scale installations to large-scale developments, ensuring seamless coordination and successful delivery. Collaborative Leadership: Forge strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, fostering a collaborative environment that drives project success. Adaptable Problem-Solver: Demonstrate your ability to navigate complex challenges, think creatively, and implement innovative solutions to keep projects on track. Preferred Requirements: Extensive experience in managing multiple mechanical projects simultaneously, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the agility to adapt to changing project requirements. Proficient in project management software and tools, with the ability to create and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
