Our Caterham based client are looking for a Programme Coordinator to play a key role in delivering a nationwide programme for primary-aged children, working closely with schools across England. This is a varied, hands-on role combining coordination, relationship management, training delivery and on-the-ground programme support.

Salary: £32,000
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

The Role:
The role involves coordinating activities, managing budgets, building strong relationships with partner schools, and delivering training. Regular travel to schools across England is required, with overnight stays.
* Coordinate programme schedules, including finalising timetables and organising teacher training sessions across England and occasionally further afield.
* Liaise closely with participating schools to ensure smooth delivery and ongoing engagement.
* Manage hotel, venue, and travel bookings, ensuring arrangements are organised and cost-effective.
* Monitor and manage programme budgets, supporting accurate tracking of spend.
* Work with freelancers to design, print, and source programme resources.
* Oversee procurement, stock management, and fulfilment of materials.
* Deliver, replenish, and refresh resources at partner schools as required.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with partner schools, providing ongoing support.
* Deliver both in-person and remote teacher training sessions.
* Support the development of promotional materials, including assisting with photo and video content editing.
* Manage data collection and impact tracking in collaboration with partner schools.
* Evaluate programme outcomes and produce clear, concise impact reports for stakeholders.
* Work collaboratively within a small team, adhering to organisational policies and procedures at all times.
* Drive and confidently operate a large van when required (full driving licence essential).
What You’ll Need
* Experience coordinating and delivering programmes (STEM or arts desirable).
* Experience working in partnership with schools and external stakeholders.
* Confidence delivering training in person and online.
* Ability to manage budgets and interpret financial information.
* Experience evaluating programmes and producing impact reports.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* IT literate, including MS Office and Excel.
* Experience creating content using tools such as Canva, basic photo/video editing, and AI platforms.
* Knowledge of STEM and/or arts education and learning outcomes in England (desirable).
* Full driving licence with confidence driving a van and willingness to travel across England.
