Responsibilities include:
* Resolving issues quickly and efficiently, providing quotes and alternative solutions when required.
* Carrying a valid Gas Safe Card (front and back) and ACS Certificates (CCN1, CENWAT, CEN1, CPA1, etc.) as proof of qualifications.
* Having sufficient stock to complete basic replace/refit jobs.
* Willingness to cover emergency and time-sensitive work during normal hours, evenings, and weekends.
* Access to a personal vehicle for travel to and from job sites.
* Maintaining a polite, professional, and tidy appearance and conduct.
* Serving both domestic customers and working with estate agents, housing associations, and property management companies for maintenance needs.
* Health and Safety Qualification.
* Risk Assessment Qualification (preferred but not essential).
