Developing strong relationships with local services across Cardiff and South Wales. Sourcing, screening and preparing candidates from first call to first shift. Keeping your online presence active so candidates and clients know you are reliable and responsive. Delivering consistent, high-quality recruitment support in a fast-moving environment. What you will bring Proven experience in recruitment and sales, ideally within a fast-paced agency. Confidence managing your own workload and priorities. A calm, practical approach when plans change.
