Tractor Driver Location: Winchester and surrounding districts Hourly Rate: £12.71-13.50 per hour dependant on experience Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time. Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:00-15:30, Friday 7:00-14:30 About the role We are looking for a skilled & enthusiastic Tractor Driver with GM experience to work across Winchester and surrounding areas to carry out important work across various high-value projects. You will need to have experience and be confident and qualified to drive agricultural vehicles. You will be responsible for hedge cutting, grass cutting and verge cutting on main roads and across the region to maintain outdoor spaces. You will be supporting the delivery of local authority, commercial, and sports turf maintenance in line with contract specifications, health & safety requirements, and idverde quality standards. Essential requirements Previous experience operating tractors and implements Experience in grounds maintenance or agriculture Ability to work independently Good understanding of health & safety requirements Full UK driving licence Good communication skills Flexible approach to seasonal workload Desirable requirements NPTC / Lantra Tractor qualification PA1 & PA6 Spraying certificates Experience on local authority contracts Sports turf maintenance experience Towing licence (BE) Street works / highways experience Basic mechanical knowledge Why join us?
