Location - Swadlincote
Pay - £12.58p/h
Hours - Flexible Hours Monday - Friday daytime shifts - 8-4.30 - 8.30 - 5 or 9.30 - 6 on a rota basis

You will have:
The ability to make outbound follow up calls to expectant patients - it is important to note that these are not cold calls of any sort, they are follow up calls to patients who are waiting to be booked in for an appointment.
The ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work across multiple tasks within required deadlines
Excellent communication - oral and written and a good telephone manner
Excellent listening skills
An ability to be empathetic to the customer
Have a natural desire and passion to help customers and come to an efficient resolution with an ownership of the customer's problem
