Role Overview
The HSE Advisor will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, procedures, and programs on a major construction site. The role ensures compliance with legal requirements, industry standards, and company policies, fostering a strong safety culture among all personnel, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Responsabilties:
Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments, identifying hazards and implementing corrective actions.
Promote a proactive safety culture through visible leadership, toolbox talks, and engagement initiatives.
Ensure all permits to work, method statements, and risk assessments (RAMS) are reviewed and approved prior to work commencement.
Qualifacations & Experience:
NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent recognized qualification in Occupational Health & Safety)
Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in HSE management
Proven track record managing HSE on large, multi-contractor projects
