The Role As a Skilled Modular Joiner, your responsibilities will include: Building and assembling modular building elements to drawings and specifications Installing drywall partitions, flooring systems, and ceiling structures Working with light gauge steel panels and structural modular components Carrying out joinery, fabrication, and finishing tasks Using a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively Supporting the installation, dismantling, and maintenance of modular structures Reading and interpreting technical drawings and production schedules Maintaining excellent standards of health & safety, housekeeping, and quality control Skills & Experience Required Previous experience within manufacturing, modular construction, or a similar production environment Practical experience in joinery, drywall installation, steel fabrication, or general construction processes Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong experience using hand tools and power tools A proactive approach with strong attention to detail Ability to work safely in a physically demanding role Good teamwork and communication skills Experience with MEWPs, fork trucks, or working at height would be beneficial but is not essential.
