What does a day in the life of a Crisis Hub Officer look like?
* Responding swiftly and efficiently to crisis situations, providing essential support and guidance.
* Working closely with various teams and agencies to ensure a coordinated response.
* Maintaining clear and compassionate communication with individuals affected by crises, offering reassurance and practical assistance.
* Accurately documenting all actions and decisions to ensure transparency and accountability.
To be a successful Crisis Hub Officer, what will you need?
* Experience in crisis management or a related field is preferred.
* Experience within a call handling environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Shifts will be for absence cover or during periods of high service demand.
