Property Damage Solicitor - Bristol
Are you an ambitious solicitor with experience in insurance disputes or property damage claims? A leading commercial insurance team is looking for a talented solicitor to join their Property Damage team in Bristol.
You’ll handle a range of subrogated property damage recovery claims, acting for insurers to recover losses where damage has been caused to commercial or domestic property. Claims range from £25,000 to £100,000, with opportunities to progress to higher-value work depending on your performance.
The work involves property damage recovery, product liability matters, and some defence and coverage cases. You’ll manage your own caseload and support senior colleagues.
We are looking for qualified solicitors, or Legal Executives, with experience in insurance disputes, in particular with property damage.
