Job Description

3. Oversee and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
4. Prepare and review financial statements for a range of clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to statutory requirements.
5. Support and develop junior team members by providing guidance, training, and constructive feedback.
6. Maintain strong client relationships, addressing queries and offering tailored financial advice.
7. Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the firm's service offerings.
8. Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless client experience.
9. Assist with the preparation of management accounts and tax computations as required.
10. Ensure all work is completed within deadlines and budget constraints.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts and Audit Assistant Manager should have:

11. Professional qualifications in accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
12. Experience in auditing within the professional services industry.
13. Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
14. Proficiency in using accounting software and tools.
