Tottenham Hotspur.The RoleWe’re currently recruiting a Digital Platforms Marketing Executive within our Digital & Growth Marketing Team to deliver growth in our audiences and engagement across our digital products.Job PurposeThe Digital Platforms Marketing Executive will drive the planning, execution and reporting of campaigns activation across several business areas on our Club website & app. You will build on the foundations we have in place, plotting activity in a time sensitive manner working with a range of stakeholders. You will be responsible for the end-to-end processes across all activity.Due to the nature of this role and the industry you may be required to work outside of regular office hours which may include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Ad hoc travel to our Warehouse & Training Centre, both in Enfield, may be required.Key ResponsibilitiesOverseeing the planning, execution and reporting of personalised marketing campaigns across the platforms, and building out further personalisation opportunities across the associated assetsDay-to-day management of the Club’s digital platforms, ensuring they are operating as expected, and reporting/fixing bugs or any other issues as they ariseOptimising the user experience across the Club website & app, working with Commercial Marketing teams to identify opportunities for improvement, then to scope, prioritise and deliver the changes through TechnologyOverseeing the delivery of new content, working with the Commercial Marketing and Content teams to ensure that it is fully integrated into the customer journey, and optimisedBuild & embed a program of ongoing Experimentation in all that you doPreparing, analysing, and presenting regular updates, campaign reports and post-campaign performance resultsKey stakeholder in meetings with a range of business areas to create and implement growth & testing strategies, and where appropriate A/B testing that optimises performanceExecute test and learn plans and suggest new hypothesises, collate findings and feedback into an actionable format for future development and activationsTrack activity against KPIs and present findings on a regular basis, including suggestions for product & fan experience improvements, opportunities, and optimisationsBe part of an innovative team that is passionate about creating exceptional fan experiencesAbout YouThinks ahead, generates innovative ideasValues & respects others, builds relationships, collaboratesGets things done, delivers to highest of standards, takes responsibilityYou are intellectually curious, think customer first, are comfortable with ambiguity, are action-oriented, and self-motivatedA proactive self-starter with an ambitious spirit, able to work at pace, independently and collaboratively as requiredWell-organised logical and efficient; process-driven with good time management skillsOperates independently and efficiently to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and successfully, without sacrificing attention to detailWhat you will bringEvidence of using personalisation tools to improve user experience and conversion rate (e.g. Dynamic Yield, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and experience with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies and executionExtensive use of common website CMS platforms (e.g. Umbraco, Pulselive, Wordpress), to create and manage the front end of digital platformsProven experience leveraging performance and audience data to inform successful campaignsAn innovative digital marketer, able to seek out new ways of driving engaging digital communicationsExcellent project management, problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to balance rigorous attention to detail with swift executionThe ability to measure against set objectives and KPI's and produce reports based on findingsGood organisational and planning skills (must be able to prioritise workload, especially during busy periods)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detailThe Tottenham Hotspur WayIs to push harder, rise higher and forge greater.
