The Role
This is more than just a sales job – it’s a chance to lead and grow a small export team as you open up new markets across Europe and beyond. You’ll build distributor networks, manage key accounts, and work closely with your team to spot new business opportunities. From video demos to hands-on support, you’ll be the kind of manager who rolls up their sleeves and gets stuck in.

Our Ideal Candidate
You're someone who’s commercially switched on, self-motivated, and thrives on targets. You’ve worked in international sales or business development before - ideally with capital goods or environmental products - and you understand how to grow markets through distributors.
You lead by example, communicate clearly, and have a good nose for opportunity. If you’re the kind of person who can think strategically, act tactically, and build long-term relationships, you’ll fit right in.
