Join Our Team as a Recovery Worker!
At Turning Point, we believe that every individual has a unique Turning Point —a moment when they take a small yet significant step towards a brighter future. Your role will be pivotal in guiding them through this journey. With your support, they can regain control, enhance their quality of life, and face the future with renewed confidence.
We are excited to welcome dedicated and passionate Recovery Workers to our brand new Recovery House in Ashford. This residential service features 5 rooms and offers up to 5 days of support for individuals facing enduring mental health challenges.
During their stay, service users will enjoy a safe and therapeutic environment, complete with quiet spaces, social areas, and sensory activities. Our person-centered approach ensures that each individual is actively involved in their support assessment, planning, and review, empowering them to build skills, learn new coping mechanisms, and manage their mental health effectively.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Recovery Worker, you will provide recovery-focused support tailored to each service user's needs. Your skills in positive communication and engagement will be essential in demonstrating unconditional positive regard for those you support.
