This is a key opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and play a pivotal role in the ongoing growth of their Building Surveying service across the North West. You’ll take ownership of professional and project instructions while contributing to the development of the Manchester team. Key Responsibilities Technical Delivery Deliver a wide range of building surveying commissions, with a strong focus on dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys and technical due diligence. Support project work across commercial sectors including industrial, office, retail and independent living. Team Support & Leadership Work closely with senior figures in the Manchester office, helping shape and develop a growing team. Provide guidance and mentoring to junior surveyors. Client Relationships Act as a trusted advisor, delivering high-quality advice and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. Represent the business professionally and consistently uphold their client-focused values.
