You'll be the go-to expert helping our operational leaders navigate everything from new contract wins and mobilisations to exits and bids. It's a role that keeps you moving, with the expectation to travel to different sites to support our teams where they need it most.You'll spend your days coaching leaders, helping them understand the "people impact" of their decisions and identifying risks before they become hurdles. Whether you're designing consultation approaches that keep colleagues feeling heard or working alongside our Organisational Design team to shape future workforces, your expertise will ensure that every transition feels like a step forward. We need someone who is as comfortable with compliance and policy as they are at building confidence in others.
