Access Rescue Consulting at Height (ARCH) provides specialised working at height, rope access, and rescue training as well as contracting and consultancy services to the wind energy, telecoms, utilities, industrial, and emergency service sectors. ARCH is a full Operator & Trainer member of IRATA and delivers accredited GWO, EUSR, MATS, and PHECC training on-site, and from our training centres in Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh and Shannon, Co. Clare.
Role Description
This is a full-time instructor role based in Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh, with some requirement for travel on the island of Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, accredited training in working at height, rope access, rescue, and emergency response techniques. Day-to-day duties will include delivery of training across a range of accreditation systems, assisting in on-site rescue drills, and managing rope access training equipment, in compliance with our accrediting bodies' requirements.
Desirable candidate attributes include:
* Rope access certification (IRATA or equivalent)
* Knowledge of the wind industry (GWO certification desirable)
* A strong understanding of health & safety protocols
* Experience in delivering training
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience in supervisory or leadership roles
* Ability to work on-site in Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh.
* Significant training and mentorship is available for otherwise excellent candidates who may not have all the above attributes.
