Encourage the customer to explore her local community Helping customers with daily in activities like cooking, shopping, budgeting, and maintaining tenancies. Assist with personal care, medication, appointments, hobbies, college, or work. Carry out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and reviews. Spend quality time with customers – chats, cuppas, and collaborative support with colleagues.
