We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our clients team in Macclesfield As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and have strong communication skills.
Hours: 8am until 5pm - Monday to Thursday, 8am until 1:45pm - Friday.
Duties:
1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
2. Responding promptly to customer enquiries
3. Communicating with customers through various channels
4. Acknowledging and resolving any customer feedback, particularly if an issue needs quick resolution
5. Knowing our products and services so that you can answer questions
6. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
7. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
8. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
9. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
10. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
11. Provide a point of contact / link between customer and production
12. Register sales orders on Sage
13. Offer quotes to customers
