Paediatric Homecare Nurse (RGN/RCN/RSCN) Location: Worcester & surrounding areas Full Time, Permanent | 40 Hours/Week Salary: £41,200 + Company car and fuel care from day one! Mostly Mid-Week Working | No Split Shifts | Work-Life Balance Focused Are you a compassionate Paediatric Nurse looking to make a real difference in childrens lives? Join a leading national homecare provider delivering specialist, one-to-one care in patients homes and community settings.The RoleAs a Paediatric Homecare Nurse, youll work independently while supported by a dedicated clinical team. Your responsibilities include:
* Delivering treatments such as IV infusions and home parenteral nutrition (HPN)
* Training children, young people, and families to safely administer medication
* Following a structured schedule managed by our planning team for safe, efficient travel
* Providing personalised, high-quality care tailored to each child

About You
* Registered Nurse (RGN, RSCN) with a valid NMC PIN
* Recent paediatric nursing experience
* Confident working autonomously and managing your caseload
* Empathetic, professional, and committed to outstanding care
* Basic IT skills & full UK driving licence
