Remote Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner
The post-holder will work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and age groups, utilizing interpreters when necessary. This is a permanent position requiring all clinical staff to conduct one late online evening clinic per week (12pm to 8pm). We seek a committed, enthusiastic Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner eager to contribute to the service and adopt modern, flexible working methods. The role offers opportunities to collaborate with professionals from various therapeutic disciplines and to be part of an evolving, integrated team. Our service delivers a range of psycho-educational and low-intensity therapeutic interventions remotely via video, telephone, and text-based sessions, following NICE guidelines to ensure high-quality patient care. We support therapist development through excellent supervision, line management, and bespoke CPD. The position is designed to foster the development of clinical expertise in relevant areas.
