Job Description
The Mid-Level Real Estate Lender Finance Associate will have varied responsibilities:
1. Draft, review, and negotiate real estate finance agreements and documents.
2. Provide legal advice to New York and US wide clients on real estate lender finance matters.
3. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to structure complex real estate finance deals effectively.
4. Conduct due diligence and identify potential risks in lender finance transactions.
5. Support the legal team in developing innovative solutions for client needs in the real estate finance space.
6. Manage multiple client matters simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
