Hours: 08:30am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday – Occasional Saturdays 9am – 1pm
Our client is currently looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to provide support to the demands of customers in a modern digital sales environment. Handling incoming sales enquiries in our busy Aftermarket Automotive Sales Department.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
* To handle all incoming enquiries via Telephone, Email, Phone and Web Chat.
* Support sales administration including processing payments.
* Dealing with delivery processes such as delivery bookings, speaking with couriers and the occasional packing of goods.
* Raise Purchase Orders on Suppliers when requested.
* Maintain the CRM Database in all defined and new processes
* Raise internal invoices for processing for processing digital sales
* Monitor the digital sales platforms for orders to be fulfilled
* Arrange order fulfilment in a timely manner particularly manage order placed on or just before a national holiday or weekend
* Handle the return of goods, inspection and return to stock or to the supplier as directed
* Raise refund paperwork for authorisation against returned items
* Liaison with Customers for completed sales, for service and part
* Liaison with couriers for shipping agents/brokers
* Monitor stock levels for frequently ordered items and determine items for stock
* Liaise with relevant internal Teams to ensure all aspects of the Customers order is completed and fulfilled.
* Categorising the lead and prospect identity
* Monitor supplier performance and delivery in respect of “Drop Shipping” to individual customers
As a person you will need following:
* Must have previous CRM system experience
* Strong administration skills
* Process driven
* Able to work to strict SLA's
* Experience of using an accounts package for invoicing
* Able to multi task
* Strong Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
* Tenacious and confident
