The role
Evolve is partnering with a leading UK MedTech organisation to recruit a Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping how innovative Dermatology technologies reach and impact clinical practice. This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional marketing and instead focus on education, trust and real-world clinical adoption. You’ll help translate complex medical technologies into clear, compelling stories that empower clinicians, support better decision-making and ultimately improve patient outcomes. This is a full-time permanent position role based at our client’s head office in Watford.

Ideal Requirements for the Marketing Manager
* Experience in healthcare, med-tech or a complex B2B environment - You’ve worked in sectors where trust, credibility and technical understanding matter and you know how to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling communication that drives confidence and action.
* Strong strategic marketing capability - You bring the ability to see the bigger picture, shape effective marketing strategies and translate business and clinical priorities into focused, high-impact campaigns.
* Proven ability to create engaging, insight-led content and campaigns - You know how to uncover meaningful stories, build audience understanding and deliver marketing that educates, influences and drives real engagement not just visibility.
* Confident cross-functional and stakeholder leadership - You’re comfortable working with clinicians, commercial teams, suppliers and senior stakeholders, building strong relationships and aligning diverse groups around a shared goal. You will also have experience of leading a team.

* Lead education-driven marketing that improves clinical practice - Create and deliver educational campaigns, webinars and programmes that help clinicians understand and adopt technology that enhances patient care.
* Drive impactful product launches - Own go-to-market activity for new technologies, turning complex solutions into clear, outcome-focused messaging that accelerates adoption.
* Deliver standout events and customer experiences - Design events and experiences that engage clinicians, strengthen relationships and bring healthcare innovation to life in meaningful ways.
