This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, multi-disciplinary consultancy that’s recently invested in a new Liverpool office providing a platform for ambitious professionals to thrive, lead projects, and make their mark on the city’s built environment.
You’ll be joining a supportive and talented team, working on a range of high-profile projects across sectors such as urban regeneration, commercial offices, residential, healthcare, education, and defence. This is a role offering genuine autonomy with the chance to manage your own projects, build client relationships, and contribute to the ongoing success of a respected consultancy with a strong reputation for quality.
The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
* Leading projects through all stages of the construction lifecycle
* Managing client relationships and developing new opportunities
* Coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and specialist consultants
* Acting as the point of contact from project inception to completion
* Championing excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the team
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in delivering construction projects and managing professional teams
* Ideally chartered (MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB) or working toward accreditation
* Degree-qualified in a construction-related discipline (preferred, not essential)
* Skilled in Microsoft Office and MS Project
* A confident communicator with a proactive, adaptable approach
* Capable of inspiring trust, building relationships, and delivering outstanding results
