Overview
People Operations Director role at Devaney Consulting, LLC. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Responsibilities
* Lead and elevate the centralised People Services Hub, a function that is 18 months old and full of potential.
* Drive operational excellence in HR service delivery.
* Drive and implement talent technology solutions (primary suite: SAP SuccessFactors).
* Streamline key people processes and leverage people analytics insights to inform decision-making.
* Manage key reward and employee benefits projects.
What You'll Bring To The Role
* Proven experience in a senior HR operations or shared services leadership role.
* Strong expertise in HR technology, preferably SAP SuccessFactors: systems implementation and process automation.
* Experience with people analytics, data-driven decision-making, and reporting.
* Knowledge of compensation, reward frameworks, and employee benefits administration.
* Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of driving high-performing teams.
* Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership abilities.
* Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with complex HR structures.
* Competent understanding of UK employment law and compliance requirements.

Flexible Working

Standard hours are 9:30–17:30, with core hours 10:30–16:30 to offer flexibility in start and end times. Example schedules include 8:30–16:30 or 10:30–18:30.
