Your Role:
As an Assistant Gym Manager, you will play a vital role in enhancing member experiences and developing your team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering an exceptional member experience alongside the Gym Manager, focusing on service and standards.
* Supporting the Gym Manager in attracting new members through outreach and community events.
* Leading and developing a talented team of Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, and Gym Instructors, fostering a positive work environment.
* Providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities for fitness staff.
* Managing and improving our Group Exercise offerings.
You will be instrumental in creating a fantastic atmosphere for both your team and gym members. Your leadership will ensure high-quality service delivery and contribute to the growth and retention of our membership base.
What We’re Looking For:

* A strong desire to do the right thing, demonstrating resilience, confidence, and integrity.
* A Level 2 qualification in gym instructing, with experience in teaching group exercise.
