Chef de Partie- Golf Club Location: Maidenhead A well-established golf club is seeking a creative, enthusiastic and reliable Chef de Partie with a genuine passion for cooking with fresh, quality ingredients. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on chef who enjoys producing great food for a discerning membership in a friendly, professional environment. You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality, freshly prepared food across a wide range of services, from daily clubhouse dining to team matches, private functions and special events. Key Responsibilities · Assisting the Head Chef with the day-to-day management of the kitchen · Preparing and cooking fresh food for members and events · Supporting the planning and delivery of menus for matches, private functions and themed evenings · Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation · Ensuring full compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations · Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering · Supporting food cost control while maintaining excellent quality · Working closely with the Front of House team to coordinate events Key Requirements · Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up · Passion for cooking fresh food from scratch · Strong organisational and time-management skills · Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene standards · Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude · Own transport essential due to rural location Salary & Benefits · £25,000 - £26,000 per annum · Full-time position with sociable working hours · 28 days annual leave · Company pension scheme · Cycle to work scheme · Discounted or free meals on duty · Free on-site parking Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
