An exciting PE-backed company is hiring a Finance Manager who can speak French, reporting to the Financial Controller. The company is experiencing high growth as they continue their journey.
The Finance Manager will report directly to the Financial Controller and will work closely with a team based in France. Responsibilities include managing all reporting and accounting, owning monthly management accounts, and overseeing the annual budget for Paris. This involves business partnering with local operational teams and central support functions. The role also requires preparing financial statements for Paris entities and managing annual audits, liaising with audit teams locally and group-wide.
Ideal candidates will have experience in a fast-paced SME finance environment, with a background in ACA, ACCA, or CIMA. Effective communication skills are essential. This role is suitable for someone eager to take control of finance accounts and interested in sports and football.
The role offers a salary of £60,000 to £65,000 plus bonus and benefits. Flexible working hours are encouraged, with a requirement to be in the office 2 days a week.
