The Commercial Property arm handles a broad range of transactional matters, from sales and acquisitions, leases and renewals, development and land options, to agricultural property and commercial lending. You’ll join the Crewkerne office, taking ownership of a full caseload from instruction through to post-completion with minimal supervision. You’ll be part of a structured team that includes senior lawyers, junior fee earners and dedicated support staff, allowing for the right balance of autonomy and support. Previous experience mentoring junior colleagues and supervising support staff will be an advantage, as will strong networking skills to help further raise the profile of the firm locally. This is a full-time, primarily office-based role with the option to work remotely one day per week following the probation/training period.
