Our residential care home business has been providing residential care for the elderly for almost 35 years through six operational care homes. In addition, we own and operate residential properties and office buildings and a further care home not yet operational. Are you an experienced Personal Assistant looking to make a meaningful difference in a growing, purpose-led organisation? We are seeking a highly organised and confident Personal Assistant (PA) to provide high-level support to our Director and Leadership Team. This role also includes office management responsibilities at Unity House; the home of our business support functions in Salford. This is more than just a PA job its a pivotal position at the heart of a group thats delivering vital care and community services across the North West. You will be: Managing diaries, communications and meetings for the Director Coordinating board-level meetings and preparing high-quality documentation Handling confidential correspondence and supporting compliance-related tasks Managing day-to-day operations of Unity House including supplies, contractors, reception, and facilities Supporting with travel bookings, internal communications and project coordination Helping to support a smooth and professional office environment for all staff and visitors We are looking for : Proven experience as a PA or EA at Director/Board level Exceptional organisational and communication skills Comfortable managing office operations or facilities processes Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident managing sensitive data Discreet, proactive and able to juggle priorities with a calm, solutions-focused approach PLEASE NOTE: This role is not suitable for remote working and will also require some travelling predominantly across the North West of England.
