Whenever clients get in touch to say a job is urgent my eyes roll involuntarily.
13 years of ‘urgent’ requirements and 13 years of waiting over a week for feedback on the CV’s I’ve submitted may have taken their toll.
But, on this occasion, we’ve got a legitimate urgent requirement. Promise.
We’re working with a consulting organisation who are after a finance transformation specialist to join one of their clients ASAP. The client in question are part way through a HUGE programme of work and are in need of someone with expertise in tax and expenses.
As the transformation is underpinned by an implementation of Oracle Fusion they need someone who has been there and done this before with a focus on how tax and expenses modules align with broader systems.
If you’ve done this in the public sector, even better.
It’s a hybrid working set up with client visits 2-3 days per week in London and there’s an initial 6 month contract on offer paying circa £550 per day (outside IR35).
