The role:
* Providing comprehensive support to the Director and the broader team, handling a diverse range of administrative tasks.
* Facilitating smooth communication between colleagues, contractors, and external parties through various channels including email, telephone, and Teams.
* Taking an active role in propelling projects and processes forward, adeptly identifying and resolving challenges as they arise.
* Taking initiative to tackle pending tasks efficiently and effectively.
* Collating and consolidating information from various sources into reports for the Director and the team.
* Participating in a spectrum of project-related tasks on a daily basis.
* Participate in strategy sessions/meetings contribute your unique insights, and have an opportunity to be part of shaping the business's future.
What we are looking for:
* Previous experience in Office Management or Business Administration.
* Confident approach, able to handle customer and supplier relationships.
* A tenacious, enthusiastic, and honest approach to work.
* Extremely strong communicator, able to adapt to the company's internal and external communication style and tone.
* Time management, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
* Experience thriving in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
* A willingness to adapt to new technologies and tools.
* Committed individual with a desire to develop and hone their career.
