This role goes beyond the ordinary customer-facing position; your primary responsibilities will include onboarding new clients, driving strategic account enhancement, and providing exceptional service for clients managing a moderate to high volume of orders.

Requirements
* 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
* A self-starter with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
* Ambitious, growth-driven, and motivated to make your mark
* A customer advocate who’s solutions-focused and proactive in overcoming challenges
* Experience leading onboarding and implementation
* Knowledge of logistics, fulfilment, or supply chain industries is a plus
