We are looking to recruit Clinical Support Workers to join our established Nursing Team on the M2 Orthopaedic elective ward, which has 12 beds for patients undergoing hip, knee and other limb surgeries. The ward is part of the Cheshire and Merseyside Surgical hub, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to improving elective orthopaedic patient care.
Key responsibilities
* Provide and support patients with personal and clinical care as required.
* Maintain accurate patient care records, documenting appropriately in electronic patient record systems.
* Observe patients and report any changes to the registered nurse.
* Report any abnormal findings directly to the registered nurse, professional, or doctor.
* Undertake basic housekeeping, stock control and administrative duties within the clinical environment.
