Salary: £33,264 - £40,893
As our Occupational Health & Wellbeing Screening Advisor you’ll be carrying out health screening and surveillance for our officers and staff, ensuring they have the support they need in their day-to‑to‑day role. You will promote health and wellbeing, set up clinics, and undertake pre‑placement health assessments, directly contributing to the safety and resilience of our police force.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Delivering efficient health and wellbeing assessments
* Providing professional and appropriate health advice
* Assisting other clinicians within the department
The must haves
* Registered nurse (adult branch/ RGN) with current level one NMC registration
* Knowledge of health surveillance and fitness for work assessments
* Ability to make and support routine decisions using initiative and judgement through review of medical information and testing data
