Salary: £28,571 basic Plus: A market‑leading benefits package The Role As a Vehicle Progressor, you’ll take ownership of the vehicle preparation journey, ensuring all vehicles are retail‑ready within 72 hours of arrival and meet Vertu Motors’ group standards. Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out initial cosmetic inspections when vehicles arrive Coordinating all aspects of vehicle preparation, including: Wheel refurbishment Paint and trim repairs Valeting Photography for online listings Supporting the Sales Manager with accurate vehicle descriptions and comments Quality‑checking vehicles once preparation is complete Organising vehicle movements and logistics between dealerships Ensuring vehicles are fully prepared and ready for sale You’ll be trusted to manage your workload while also working closely with colleagues across departments to keep everything running smoothly. About You We’re looking for someone who is: Highly organised, motivated and proactive Detail‑focused, with pride in doing things properly Confident using technology and computer systems A strong communicator who works well both independently and as part of a team Passionate, energetic and committed to delivering high standards A full UK driving licence is essential, as occasional vehicle collection and delivery may be required.
