Senior Agile Delivery Manager - Digital, AI, Machine Learning & Data
As a Senior Agile Delivery Manager you’ll guide cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative digital services. You’ll champion Agile practices, remove blockers, foster collaboration, and help teams continuously improve. The role spans our Data and Analytics, Cyber Security and Health & Disability teams, each focused on improving services for users.
You’ll also mentor others, build strong stakeholder relationships, and play a key role in shaping delivery strategy to ensure value is delivered early and often.
Pay up to £75,748, plus 28.9 % employer pension contributions, a generous leave package starting at 26 days, and the flexibility of a hybrid model (about 60 % office, 40 % home).

Location and Working
You will be based at one of our digital hubs in Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle or Sheffield – whichever you prefer. We work a hybrid model, with about 60 % time in the office and 40 % home working.
