About the Role
We are seeking a Field Lead to act as the bridge between regional strategy and store-level execution. This isn't just about oversight; it's about elevating a high-performing team of Brand Ambassadors to deliver world-class experiential marketing.
Responsibilities
* Coach for Excellence: Move beyond \"supervision\" to active mentorship. You'll be responsible for the professional growth and performance of our field teams.
* Drive Store Partnerships: Act as the face of the brand for Store Managers, navigating challenges and ensuring \"Gold Standard\" activation placement.
* Quality Assurance: Use your eye for detail to audit brand presence, ensuring every consumer interaction is premium.
* Performance Analytics: Instill a data-driven culture where KPIs aren't just met—they are exceeded.

Compensation & Benefits
