Role Description
1. Work with the business to understand and assess the impact of new products and services on our capital calculations and reporting
2. Identify and evaluate the implications of new prudential regulatory requirements and provide advice on regulatory compliance to other teams
3. Your responsibilities will include delivering written interpretations and translations of regulations and actively participating in governance processes related to assumptions and interpretations
Role Requirements
4. Excellent knowledge of the current EU and UK prudential regimes, including CRR or IFR/IFPR
5. Ability to express complex topics simply and concisely
6. Proven track record of building strong relationships across an organisation
7. Well-organised and methodical approach to work
8. Ability to prioritise tasks and maintain a big-picture perspective, appreciating commercial context
9. Experience in assessing the impact of regulatory changes on a business
10. Enthusiasm for learning about new areas
