Job Description
* Job Title: Business Delivery Subject Matter Expert
* Salary: £29,460 - £34,111 (depending on experience)
* Location: Leeds, Halifax
* Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week. Applications from colleagues on reduced hours or Job Share arrangements will be considered alongside role requirements. Flexible working requests in line with Group Flexibility Works Policy.
* Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, involving at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

An inspiring Business Delivery Subject Matter Expert that delivers high-quality, high-impact learning. Responsible for face-to-face, virtual, or hybrid training providing an outstanding colleague learning experience on a wide range of General Insurance and Group Policies and procedures. Supports and embeds LBG priorities, adheres to regulatory requirements, and role models the Group Values, Behaviours, and Code of Responsibility.
Key accountabilities: What you’ll need
* Delivering technical learning, including induction and change training
* Role model face-to-face, virtual & hybrid training delivery skills
* Tailor delivery to meet the needs of varying audiences, including using technology
* Stay updated with the latest innovations & developments in training & development
* Evaluate training delivery and review delegate feedback in collaboration with Change and Design
* Offer creative & innovative ideas to ensure training content includes the latest thinking & delivery methodology
* Support other areas of Learning in developing new learning products as a Subject Matter Expert
* Contribute to improving colleague performance and fostering a customer-centric culture
