As an Operations Support Officer, your responsibilities include maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and residents, ensuring everyone is treated with decency, dignity, and respect. You will also foster an environment that prioritizes safety and security adherence.

You will serve as an ambassador for HMP Altcourse and Sodexo, being the first and last point of contact for visitors and staff.

Training Program
All training is provided to ensure you are confident and prepared. The four-week training program includes shadowing experienced colleagues and learning to handle conflicts, preparing you for independent work as an OSO.
