Global Head of Procurement Operations - Tools & Analytics - Global FMCG - £85K - £100k + Car & Benefits - London (Hybrid)

Following a global transformation of the procurement function, this global FMCG company with a procurement team of 100+ seeks an experienced procurement leader with a track record of embedding procurement tools into global organizations.
As an organization and function at the forefront of driving sustainable and social value through their supply chain, this hire will play a key role in building and driving the culture of this function, constantly engaged with senior stakeholders across the group. Ideal for a proactive, forward-thinking procurement analytics specialist looking to take a step forward in a diverse and leading organization.
As a Procurement Lead - Tools & Analytics, you will:
1. Lead and drive the implementation of procurement tools & training, working closely with the procurement leadership team to align strategy
2. Continuously work with key senior business stakeholders to collaboratively align business targets, improve supplier performance, and achieve best-in-class performance
3. Map out all procurement processes across the source-to-pay process
4. Proactively leverage the organization's growth, especially within procurement, enabling fast-tracked progression and development
5. Develop & implement a global SRM program
Procurement knowledge and experience required:
1. Experience in a procurement excellence or transformational role, demonstrating tangible development from junior roles into managerial and/or project lead positions
2. Strong experience managing the source-to-pay process
3. Practical knowledge of supplier development programs and experience implementing them
4. Ability to remain proactive amidst challenges, influence senior leadership, and push through business objectives
5. BA / MBA / CIPS preferred but not essential
