I am recruiting on behalf of a large, multi-site prestigious school seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior HR Advisor to lead HR support across several client groups.
This is a genuinely hands-on role, offering ownership of the full employee lifecycle from day-to-day HR administration and compliance through to employee relations and continuous improvement initiatives. As the first point of contact for staff and managers, you'll advise on contracts, absence management, policies, and HR systems, while also supporting more complex employee relations matters.
