Blue Arrow is urgently recruiting for A Gatehouse Operator to join our clients team based in the Baglan area.

Contract: Permanent
Rate of pay: £12.93ph (£25,214p.a)
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30 daily
We are looking for a confident and reliable gatehouse Operator to manage the day-to-day control of site access and support logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have good IT skills, be organised, and comfortable interacting with drivers and visitors in a professional manner.
Key Duties:
Booking in and out visitors
Receiving of small parcel deliveries
Weighing trucks in and out
Booking in and out transport hauliers using SAP and Transporeon
Completing and checking delivery and transport paperwork
Monitoring site security cameras
General administration duties including filing and record keeping
