Office Manager
Location: Cirencester, Gloucestershire
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, with 2 days WFH (flexible)
Key Responsibilities of an Office Manager:
* Oversee a team of five administrators, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the wider team
* Manage diaries, meetings and travel arrangements where required
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clear communication
* Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and ISO standards
* Monitor office processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Key Skills of an Office Manager:
* Must have proven team management experience
* Must have prior administration experience
* Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and systems
* Proficiency across Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
* Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work independently
* Flexible and professional approach with strong attention to detail
* Experience with billing and invoice systems (advantageous)
